Enterprise expansion vision
Over 48 months, the program scales from a 1,000-member pilot in the Southeast to a 40,000-member enterprise-wide initiative reaching all eligible AT&T employees. The phased approach validates clinical efficacy, financial impact, and operational feasibility at each wave before expanding. Wave 4 (enterprise-wide) projects an annual net value of $68M, combining $44M in cost avoidance and $72M in productivity value against $48M in program fees.
