Critical path

The critical path runs through Phase 3 (Outcomes Validation): claims data runout, manager data validation, and net ROI determination must complete before Gate 4 can be cleared and Wave 2 expansion can begin. Any delay in claims data or manager submissions directly delays the enterprise expansion timeline.

Employee Privacy Protected by Design

Employer reporting is designed to present aggregate workforce and health-program insights without exposing individual clinical records. Small-group reporting restrictions help reduce the risk of employee identification.

Sample dataPrivacy-restricted reporting

Aggregated information is not described as HIPAA-de-identified unless applicable de-identification requirements have been satisfied and verified.
